Rose - Honey
Ingredients
10 cups of fresh or dried fragrant rose petals
2 lt of boiled water
1 kg honey
Method
1. Empty the rose petals in a bowl. Pour in the boiled water, cover the bowl for 10 hours and then collect the juice by straining through a fine colander.
2. Mix the juice with the honey, empty the contents in a container and simmer for 1-2 hours. Occasionally skim the froth. Transfer the juice in jars and store in a cool place.
