Ingredients
4-5 ice cubes
Juice of 1 lime
1 dash grenadine
1 egg white
3 measures gin
Strawberry slice, to decorate

Serves: 1
Method
Put the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour the lime juice, grenadine, egg white and gin over the ice. Shake until a frost forms, then strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with a strawberry slice and serve with a straw.
